Meet the Photographer
DIEGO CHAS
A true artist at heart, Diego Chas was born in Argentina and moved to Mexico City in 2005 to study at the Academy of Visual Arts. He fell in love with the world of fashion and editorial photography, working on both sides of the camera for over a decade. In 2015, Diego launched a wedding and event photography and film company called Chas Studios.
Meanwhile, as Chas Studios thrived in the realm of weddings and events, the allure of the luxury real estate market in Portugal proved irresistible. With an innate ability to see beyond the mere structure of a home, Diego began capturing its story. He realized that for potential buyers, it wasn’t just about purchasing property; it was about investing in a lifestyle. This epiphany led him to expand his portfolio, diving deep into real estate photography. Shortly thereafter, he teamed with wife and Creative Director Taylor Wade to launch Chas Realty offering a full-service marketing agency for the luxury real estate market in Portugal.

TAYLOR WADE
Born in Canada and raised globally, Taylor Wade’s worldview is as diverse as her skillset. Her early years included co-founding an exclusive matchmaking company in the US after obtaining her bachelor’s in International Business and Spanish. Yet it was a move to Mexico in 2017 that shifted her narrative. Meeting and partnering with Diego Chas, the duo established Chas Studios, specializing in wedding and event visual storytelling.
However, Taylor’s deep-rooted expertise in digital marketing and branding couldn’t be sidelined for long. Recognizing the burgeoning real estate landscape, she saw an opportunity. Leveraging her extensive team of creatives – from photographers to web designers – Taylor steered the launch of Chas Realty. Now, as its driving force, she’s committed to elevating luxury real estate marketing in Portugal.
Meet the Videographer
Gabriel Silva
Argentinian-born Gabriel Silva discovered his passion for videography when he moved to Mexico City in 2009. His career in commercial video production and advertising took him to 14 different countries, exposing him to many cultures. He met Diego Chas soon after arriving and formed a lasting friendship and partnership that has spanned more than 13 years. In 2022, Gabriel became Chas Studios’s in-house videographer.
Gabriel’s deep-rooted partnership with Diego naturally extended from Chas Studios to Chas Realty, merging creative videography with real estate acumen. His transition to the luxury real estate sector in Banderas Bay was seamless, especially given his dual role as a real estate agent. With intricate knowledge of the market, he uniquely comprehends what buyers are seeking. Gabriel specializes in detailed home tours, highlight videos, and aerial drone footage. His combined experience of understanding property value and knowing how to visually present it sets Chas Realty’s offerings apart in a competitive market.
Meet the Web Designer
Beto Rosado
A natural problem solver with a background in technology and digital marketing. Beto was born in Mexico City and raised in Lima, always proud of representing his two countries. He first learned the basics of HTML and CSS when only a kid and built his first website at the age of 12. This would create a spark that later would turn into years of self-learning and eventually landing his first client. He has worked for several agencies from different countries but firstly and mostly an independent developer with almost 15 years of professional experience.
Beto’s key ingredient for success has always been based on one simple thing: deliver great quality and satisfaction. Years of client testimonials show that he stands out for his reliability, communication skills, willingness to help, and resourcefulness.
