We are based in Cascais, Portugal and are able to travel to the surrounding areas such as Lisbon, Sintra, and Estoril.

We recommend starting the shoot between 9am-10am for a morning session. Please inquire for the best start time for a sunset session (hours change depending on the season).

Our videography style can be described as soft, organic, and classic, using lots of natural light and minimal editing to maintain the natural beauty of your video.

You will receive your video within 1 week of the shoot.

You will receive your video digitally through a WeTransfer link.

We offer two types of video:

1. Highlight Videos (1-2 minutes)
These short, impactful videos focus on the pinnacle attributes of a property. Tailored for a quick yet immersive experience, our highlight videos captivate the viewer by spotlighting the most exquisite aspects of the home. Perfect for social media sharing or quick client previews, they provide a glimpse into the property’s finest qualities.

2. Home Tours (Approx. 5 minutes)
For those seeking a comprehensive view, our home tours provide a complete walkthrough of the property. These in-depth videos guide the viewer room by room, ensuring they gain a full understanding of the space, layout, and unique features of the home. By the end, viewers will feel as if they’ve stepped inside and experienced the property firsthand.

The number of hours depends on the size of your property. As an example, a shoot will normally last 3-4 hours for a 6-bedroom home.

For video, we use the Sony 7 III, DJI Mavic Pro drone, Ronin RSC2 stabilizer, RODE microphones, and ZOOM H6 audio recorder.

Extra charges are always discussed upfront. Possible extra charges include travel if the location is far, or if you’d like the videographer to capture both sunrise and sunset video footage, resulting in an additional trip. 

Yes! Our drone videography captures expansive 360 views, highlighting the property’s surroundings, layout, and position within the landscape. It’s not just about showcasing a home—it’s about providing context in the grandeur of its locale.

We hold onto the deposit as a cancellation fee. However, you can use the deposit toward a future shoot without an expiration date.
